These terms cover your use of People, a mobile app published by 010pixel. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
Using the app
You may use People on any device you own or control, for personal or business use. You may not resell it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to break the law.
Your data is yours
Everything you put into People stays on your device and belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it and no licence to it. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
Because your data lives only on your device, you are responsible for backing it up. If you lose your device, reset it, or delete the app without a backup, we have no copy to restore from.
Other people's information
People is for keeping track of your relationships, so you will inevitably store information about other people. That remains your responsibility: only record what you are entitled to record, and handle it lawfully in your jurisdiction. If someone asks you to delete their information, you can do that in the app.
Availability
The app works offline by design. Some features need a network connection: maps, address lookup, place search, and downloading configuration. Those depend on third-party services that may be slow or unavailable, and we do not guarantee uptime for them.
Changes to the app
We may add, change or remove features. If a change would remove access to data you have already created, we will provide a way to export it first.
Paid features
People is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be shown before any purchase and these terms will be updated. Any purchase would be handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms, including their refund policies.
No warranty
People is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your particular requirements. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, 010pixel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Given the app is free, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for it.
Ending these terms
You can stop using People at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if these terms are breached in a way that harms other users or us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
